returning & exchanging online orders

Return online orders by mail or at a store! If you prefer to return your item(s) at a store, you can find all of our Colorado retail locations here.

We have a 30 day return policy for orders placed on, which means we must receive your return within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the reason for your return is not the result of an error on our part, the cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility. In this instance, we recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if merchandise is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions | Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This does not include full-priced merchandise that was discounted due to an online promotion.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us immediately for availability of desired exchange items.

Refunds: An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if merchandise is not in its original condition or outside of the 30 day return window. If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of your return. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

returning In-store purchases

In-store purchases must be returned to a store location. Locate a store near you to confirm business hours.

Please note: Merchandise purchased at our stores cannot be returned via mail unless the store has pre-approved this option with you directly.

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for a return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. You'll also need to bring in the original receipt for proof of purchase. 

Merchandise returned within 7 days of the purchase date - with the exception of jewelry - will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Merchandise returned within 8-14 days of the purchase date will be issued a store credit at the original selling price.

Jewelry is only eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.

Final Sale Policy: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not include full-priced merchandise that was discounted due to an in-store promotion.
