• 1. Keyholders/Lead Associates
• 2. Seasonal Sales Associates
• 3. Merchandise Processors

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team. Assist with various retail operations, including retail selling, merchandising, receiving new clothing shipments, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. If you have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Part time or Full time, one weekend day on most weeks is preferred
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering.
• Computer experience: Gmail, Google Drive, Word, Excel
• Friendly and approachable customer service
• Professional, trustworthy, reliable and honest
• (Keyholders) Supervise staff members when required, providing guidance and support.
• Organized and structured individuals with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize and think strategically about the business; recognize areas of improvement and implement changes as needed
• Comfortable working independently
• Receiving shipments, unpacking and inspecting merchandise, tagging and pricing, steaming garments, and restocking the sales floor
