• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions
• Receive and process merchandise, including unpacking, tagging, pricing, steaming, and restocking
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-stocked sales floor
• Be professional, trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and identify areas for improvement
• Proficient in Gmail, Google Drive, Word, and Excel
• Retail and POS experience preferred
• Keyholders: Ability to supervise, delegate, and support staff as needed
• Weekend availability required, typically one Saturday or Sunday shift most weekends
