Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are in love with your purchase! If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-priced merchandise.
Within 14 days of purchase, we accept returns and/or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Please ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside of the 14 day return window.
An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of your return. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Online returns are accepted at any Ruby Jane or Valleygirl Boutique locations for store credit or exchange only. Please bring your packing slip and/or order confirmation email to provide proof of purchase.
