    We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please let us know - we want to make it right!

    Here are the details for returns:

    RubyJane.com/ValleygirlBoutique.com accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Returns must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

    Returns must be shipped back either UPS or FedEx, as the United States Postal Service does not deliver to our location. Ship returns to:

     IN STORE RETURNS

    Returns will be accepted at any Ruby Jane or Valleygirl Boutique location for store credit or exchange. Please bring packing slip, or show sales associate your order confirmation email.

     *Returns for a refund will be accepted in store with proof of purchase - please provide your packing slip or show order confirmation email to a sales associate. Returns for a refund dropped off in store outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday after 5pm or on weekends) will be issued the next business day.  The refund will not be issued in store, but your return confirmation will be sent via email after the items are received in store. You will receive the confirmation email by 5 pm, unless the return is made outside of normal business hours, and in that case, the return email will be issued the next business day.  Please email hello@rubyjane.com with any questions.

    • All shipping charges are non-refundable
    • RubyJane.com/ValleygirlBoutique.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fourteen 14 day return period

    • Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as RubyJane.com/ValleygirlBoutique.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages
    • An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by RubyJane.com/ValleygirlBoutique.com
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from *Ruby Jane* or *Valleygirl Boutique*)
